I'm Oats, I live in the south of Germany and bought an x-pole about 2 monhs ago. there don't seem to be any classes around down here so I am trying to teach myself, a slow process! So far I have learnt not to fall on the floor and one basic spin.

I'm Rebecca and I run a home-based pole dance studio in Kingston, Ontario. I also run a martial arts school with my husband and teach MMA, Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I have competed in the past in each of the 3 systems we teach but have recently decided not to compete anymore; instead I am investing more time into pole dancing.
